In January 2010, Brianza Plastica S.p.A. equipped itself with the Organisational and Management Model pursuant to Italian Leg. Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 and article 30 of Leg. Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008 as amended, aimed at preventing crimes of manslaughter and serious or very serious bodily harm committed in violation of the occupational health and safety laws.

The Model adopted is a clear sign of the transparency and sense of responsibility in internal and external relations.

As provided for by Leg. Decree no. 231/01, Brianza Plastica S.p.A. has set up a special Supervisory Body tasked with overseeing that the Model is followed and with providing the Board of Directors with all the information regarding updates and/or modifications, as well as any situations of non-compliance with the requirements of the model itself.
