Isotec Parete

This panel is the technological evolution of the Isotec panel created for roofs. It allows the dry installation of a structural jacket functional to construct ventilated wall coverings. Isotec Parete can be used for both new constructions, and for the renovation and upgrading of existing buildings. It comprises various functional layers that have a thermal insulation, waterproofing, ventilation and load-bearing effect.

The creation of a continuous ventilated air chamber between the insulation and cladding allows minimising overheating of walls in the summer, while limiting the risk of condensation in winter and protecting the wall from accidental infiltrations of rainwater. The high thermal insulation qualities of the product allow achieving considerable saving on cooling costs in summer and heating costs in winter.

The panel has a standard length of 2,400 mm, the width varies depending on the type of roof cover, with thicknesses of 60 mm or 80 mm. It is made up of a central insulating body in rigid, high density, self-extinguishing polyurethane foam covered with a waterproofing envelope in embossed aluminium foil, which is made load-bearing by a ribbed profile in aluminium-zinc-silicon alloy (Aluzinc).

The metal profile has holes for the ventilation of the facade and the flow of accidental water infiltration, while the sides are equipped with battens that allow the continuity of the interlocking walls, preventing the formation of thermal bridges. The system is designed to accommodate different types of external cladding, both light and heavy, such as terracotta tiles, fibre-cement or stone slabs, ceramic tiles, wood or metal coverings.
