ISOTEC XL PLUS
ISOTEC XL PLUS ISOTEC XL PLUS® is the new version of the ISOTEC XL® panel by Brianza Plastica designed to offer even higher performances. In fact, the panel is equipped with a pre-applied PVC gasket under the metal batten, which increases resistance to any accidental infiltration if the brick roof should break.
The black gasket consists of high-density closed-cell PVC foam that ensures high impermeability with a compression of 30%, as well as excellent sealing against dust and air. It also effectively resists abrasion, corrosion and moisture; plus it has good resistance to acids and alkalis and excellent resistance to ultraviolet (UV) rays. The ISOTEC XL PLUS® panel is made of rigid polyurethane foam, which guarantees high thermal resistance. It was created as an evolution of the ISOTEC XL® panel, of which it maintains all the technical features, including the height of the batten in galvanised steel, which is higher than the basic version of the range, i.e. the ISOTEC® panel. With its height of 4 cm, the batten in the ISOTEC XL® version ensures ventilation of more than 200 cm2/m between the eaves and ridge, thus increasing the ventilation chamber under the tile. In addition, the profile perfectly retains the tiles and offers maximum guarantee of walkability even in the presence of roofs with very steep slopes. It comes in thicknesses of 80 mm, 100 mm, and 120 mm.
Just like ISOTEC XL and ISOTEC, the ISOTEC XL PLUS® panel is the best solution to combine with Elettrotegola®, the photovoltaic system developed and manufactured by Brianza Plastica to obtain the best architectural results for pitched roofs. ISOTEC XL PLUS® improves the efficiency of the Elettrotegola® photovoltaic module and is an excellent support element, ensuring professional installation to the highest standards.
