Brianza Plastica presents BRIPAN X-WALL

Consisting of an extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) sheet and a grooved profile in aluminium with an omega section, this panel is an effective and innovative solution for those who want to create a structural jacket with load-bearing characteristics that can be covered with different types of materials.

The flexibility and ease of use of BRIPAN X-WALL™ makes it an ideal product for renovation works and for new projects, guaranteeing high energy efficiency performances. The panel is available in the size 600 mm x 2500 mm, with thicknesses of 60 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm.

Installation is simple, the panels are laid from the bottom to the top, and are fixed to the load-bearing structure by means of expansion bolts and anchoring screws that pass through the aluminium profile.

The type and number of fixing screws depends on the material of the wall and the choice of cladding. The lengthwise and crosswise batten facilitates coupling between the panels.

Brianza Plastica supplies the hammerhead screws and polyurethane foam as complementary accessories.
