ISOTEC: A NEW THICKNESS IN THE FAMILY
The ISOTEC product family offers a wide range of solutions dedicated to the insulation and energy efficiency of the entire building: from the roof to the envelope. From January 2015, three lines of the range – ISOTEC XL, ISOTEC PARETE and ISOTEC LINEA – offer designers a new thickness of 160 mm, to more effectively meet the needs of the design, installation and construction.
- In terms of technical design, the new thickness guarantees even higher performances, with a thermal conductivity of U=0.14 W/m2K. These values make it possible to design and create technologically advanced roofs and facades, which constitute an added value for all energy saving and energy efficiency projects, both in new buildings and in the upgrading of existing ones.
- In terms of installation on site, the addition of the new thickness allows to better manage and study the layers of the envelope, roof or facade, using the different thicknesses not only according to the thermal-insulating values to be obtained, but also the construction details to be developed, in relation to the final thicknesses required on site.
The new thickness is added to those already available of 60, 80, 100 and 120 mm.
