Brianza Plastica sets up the portal for “Whistleblowing” reports
In accordance with the EU Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and the Council, Brianza Plastica has set up a new IT portal for “Whistleblowing” reports. Through this online portal, employees, customers, and suppliers can report unlawful conduct or irregularities within the organization.
The main aim of “Whistleblowing” is, therefore, to resolve or prevent problems emerging from management irregularities, allowing critical issues to be addressed quickly and with confidentiality.
