WHAT IS ELYPLAST
Elyplast is the registered trademark which heads a broad range of laminates in reinforced polyester resin with glass fibre. The fundamental characteristic of the translucency of the Elyplast materials allows for the transmission of a pleasant morning light, uniformly distributed within the building. This important prerogative, together with the characteristic of durability, lightness, easy workability, laying and transport, mean that these products have a wide range of applications in industrial, residential and agricultural buildings.

ELYPLAST PRODUCTION
Elyplast production is divided into different conformations.

• Curved corrugated and square corrugated plates
• Supported translucent corrugated and square corrugated plates
• Supported opaque corrugated and square corrugated plates
• Corrugated and flat roll laminates

ELYPLAST
Corrugated/ curved plates
The ELYPLAST® corrugated curved plates are produced in three different typologies as regards dimension, form and curvature radius. They are used in roofing for the realisation of continuous and discontinuous skylights, coupled with fibercement curved plates or to complete roofing for industrial buildings coupled with structures in precompressed a.c.

Curved square corrugated plates
The ELYPLAST® curved corrugated plates are produced in two different typologies with regard to radius of curvature and form of web. They are used in roofing to creating roofs, skylights, covered translucent passages coupled with any type of load-bearing structure (iron, a.c., wood).

Corrugated plates
Available in various typologies of profile depending on the different steps of corrugation, they are principally used for the creation of translucent roofing, skylights, continuous roofs, divisions, pluggings and together with plates in opaque material such as corrugated iron, fibercement plates, asphalt plates and other kinds, for the creation of continuous and discontinuous skylights.

Square Corrugated plates
The range of different profiles relating to this product is wide and reflects the forms of corrugated iron plates most frequently used in the construction of continuous roofs, divisions, plugging and together with iron and aluminium webbed plates to allow for natural illumination of industrial buildings. More than 150 profiles are currently available, which correspond to the existing profiled metal sheets available on the national and international markets.

ELYONDA
Opaque corrugated/square corrugated plates
The totally opaque roofing plates, ELYONDA®, are made from polyester resin and glass fibre which combine the advantages of the materials inherent to the aesthetics of the traditional metal roofings. Light, resistant and durable, the ELYONDA® panels are capable of satisfying all roofing needs, vertical closures, drop ceiling installations, allowing for the greatest level of design freedom both in new structures and where total or partial restructuring is required. The CORRUGATED and SQUARE CORRUGATED versions are available.

Rolled corrugated laminates
Used in agriculture for lateral plugging of greenhouses; in construction it is used to construct roofs and temporary site fencing.
The different height and length dimensions of the rolls allow, in most applications, for continuous solutions to be applied, thus avoiding potential lateral overflows.

Flat rolled laminates
This type of laminate produced in various thicknesses and different height and length dimensions is particularly well suited to vertical applications. Its opportune casing allows it to be well suited to the construction of doors, high windows and vertical closures where the need for durability guarantees security against breakages and accidents. It is also applied in the cold and transports industries in controlled temperature conditions.
